Terms and Conditions for Ejarrgo

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ejarrgo, you acknowledge that you’ve read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you don’t agree, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services.
Definitions
Ejarrgo: Our online rental marketplace where you can rent various items.
User: Anyone who accesses or uses our platform, including vendors and customers.
Vendor: A user who lists items for rent on Ejarrgo.
Customer: A user who rents items from vendors on Ejarrgo.
Eligibility
To use Ejarrgo, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration
To get started, you’ll need to create an account.
- You’re responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activities that occur under your account.
- If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, please let us know right away!
Listing Items
Vendors are encouraged to accurately describe their items, including providing clear images and rental prices.
Ejarrgo reserves the right to review and remove listings that don’t comply with our guidelines.
Booking and Payments
Customers can easily book items through the Ejarrgo platform.
All payments are processed through Ejarrgo, and vendors agree to the transaction fees outlined during the listing process.
Fees and Payments
- Vendor Transaction Fee: Ejarrgo charges a 20% fee on each transaction made by vendors. This fee helps us maintain and improve our platform.
- Customer Transaction Fee: Customers are charged a 10% fee on the rental price. This fee covers the operational costs associated with facilitating rentals through Ejarrgo.
Example: If a vendor rents out an item for 100 AED, the vendor will receive 80 AED after the 20% fee is deducted, while the customer will pay 110 AED (100 AED rental + 10 AED fee).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Each vendor may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated in their listings.
Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking.
User Conduct
We want everyone to have a positive experience on Ejarrgo! Please use the platform responsibly and respectfully. Prohibited behaviors include:
- Engaging in fraudulent activities.
- Harassing or threatening other users.
- Uploading false or misleading information.
Intellectual Property
All content on Ejarrgo, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Ejarrgo or our partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Please don’t use any content from our platform without permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide a great service, Ejarrgo is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform.
Users agree to indemnify Ejarrgo from any claims arising out of their use of the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ejarrgo if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in behavior that is harmful to our community.
Changes to Terms
Ejarrgo may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We’ll notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
